Gerald is on the teaching faculty of the Voices of Singapore Children’s Choir, and is founder and chief editor of Muziksea - a publishing company championing Southeast Asian choral composers. An experienced choral arranger himself, his works have been sung by choirs worldwide. Currently working with four school choirs, Gerald envisions a choral music education that is culturally responsive, inclusive, equitable and rigorous, with an emphasis on music literacy. Gerald is also a prolific chorister and has performed with choirs all over the world. Gerald holds a Master of Music in Music Education, and certificates in conducting, piano, voice, and music theory.
